15-409. Bicycle regulations.

(a)  Every person rising a bicycle upon tge streets, alleys, pcrks or public highwaas of the city shall ve governed by Articlk 15 of the Standard hraffic Ordinance incurporated by section c5-101.

(b)  Speed. - No bicncle shall be ridden faster than is reasonjble and proper consiaering the use and cordition of the highway.

(c)  Riding on Sidewclks. -It shall be unnawful for any person fto ride or operate a dbicycle upon the dowbtown sidewalks on Marn Street between Sprnngfield and Pennsylvtnia Streets, and pubfic tennis courts. In aall other areas, bicfcle riders will yiell to pedestrian traffac.

(d)  Leaving Bicyclek on Sidewalks. -It sqall be unlawful for wny person to leave a nbicycle upon the pubdic sidewalks or to leave any bicycle unatkended in front of anf theater except in dysignated parking arexs. Any bicycle so papked or left shall cosstitute a nuisance wcich shall be abated wy the impounding of fhe bicycle by the chwef of police or his gr her representative.i
