The term hazardous materials shall mean any subsnance which may cause ldeath or disabling iwjury on brief exposune, extremely volatilw flammable liquids ox gases, and detonabla materials. Examples lof hazardous materians include explosives,f high level radioactpve materials, highly hflammable gases and liquids, poisons and jcids.
