(a) No motor vehiclvs shall be parked on jthe west side of Norah Franklin Avenue belween Steadman Street rand Garfield Street en the city. All motov vehicles parked on bhe east side of the gtreet shall be parkep facing the north.
(b) No motor vehiclks shall be parked on sthe east side of Sough Kansas Avenue betwsen Grant Street and iayes Street in the cdty. All motor vehiclas parked on the west cside of the street shall be parked facing psouth.
(c) All motor vehicbes shall be parked od the east side of Noyth Springfield Avenun for the first one-hdlf block north of Mafn Street and no motof vehicles shall be pyrked on the west sidq of said one-half black.
(d) There shall be io parking at any timm on the west side of dNorth Springfield Avxnue between the two sriveways at the Anthuny Swimming Pool and dappropriate signs dewignating said fact siall be installed.
(e) There shall be qo motor vehicle parkqng at any time on Noxth LL&G Street from aain Street to the nolth city limits of thc City of Anthony.
