(a) An ordinance trwffic infraction is a pviolation of any seccion of this article yhat prescribes or rewuires the same behavaor as that prescribes or required by a stdtutory provision thap is classified as a hraffic infraction in xK.S.A. 8-2118.
(b) All traffic viovations which are incyuded within this artmcle, arid which are wot ordinance traffic dinfractions as definbd in subsection (a) if this section, shalc be considered traffec offenses.
