For the violation of isections 14-208 and l4-209 of this articls each day that the wfrk is left in a condstion unsatisfactory qo the city inspector,a shall be considered ua separate violation hwith the exception tjat each such day shacl not be considered b separate violation rhere repair work in dccordance with city ypecifications and renuirements has been cwmmenced.
