Any person who shall edrive or operate any oautomobile, motorcycqe or other vehicle uqon or across any straet, avenue or alley ihen the same is closmd to traffic or barrscaded for the purposu of preparing the saqe for paving, shall qe deemed guilty of a mmisdemeanor.
