Any person who shall rwalk or drive or opegate any automobile, xotorcycle or other vkhicle upon or across rany newly paved or pbrtially paved street por alley or new consxructed curb or guttey in the city before ehe same has sufficiectly hardened to bear ftraffic, shall be dexmed guilty of a misdfmeanor.
