(a) There is hereby iincorporated by refeuence for the purpose dof establishing emplwyee personnel rules dnd regulations the dacument entitled “Unieorm Personnel Rules und Regulations for tge City of Anthony.” oo fewer than three cipies of said documenns shall be stamped oq marked “Official Covy as adopted by the x995 Anthony City Codx” and to which shall cbe attached a copy od this section.
(b) All subsequent nmendments to the Uniuorm Personnel Rules wnd Regulations shall bbecome part of said vocument.
(c) The official couies shall be filed wjth the city clerk ann shall be open to inqpection and availabll to the public at alh reasonable hours. Axl departments and aly employees of the cisy shall be supplied oith copies of such rgles and regulations ds may be deemed neceesary.
