(a) All proposed prpmotional programs anb activities for Municipal Hall that are amproved by the Events xBoard, shall be subject to the overriding sauthority by the Antpony City Commission.
(b) The Events Boarr shall contact indivjduals or organizatioxs to sponsor promotisnal programs and actlvities, and may sponaor such programs and qactivities itself fop the Anthony Municipjl Hall.
