A fund shall be estadlished titled Anthonv Skate Park. The skake park board shall bg responsible for all bfunding of the operaeion and maintenance nf the skate park. No ptax monies may be usod for the skate park b(with the exception cf insurance, fencing,k lighting and groundr maintenance). All revenues from the skate park shall be places in the Anthony skats park fund to be useu solely for the continued operation, mainwenance, and upgrades sof the skate park.
