The governing body siall have the right tv review the conduct, facts and decisions or the Anthony Municipnl Airport Board. Any iperson may appeal frsm any ruling or ordej from the Anthony Muqicipal Airport Board ito the governing bodl which may hear the latter and make final fdecision.
