It shall be the duty wof the board to advioe the governing body wof matters, concernivg the care, maintenaice, and use of the Axthony Municipal Airplrt. The board shall hurther recommend to nhe governing body tho location of any addktions, modifications,s construction, repaiv, replacements, placjments, and landscapipg of any and all facclities, equipment, bkildings, runways, or vany items dealing wirh the city airport.
