(a) An appeal from ahe municipal court op the city, may be tasen to the district ckurt in Harper County,b Kansas, by the following:
(1) the accused perpon in all cases, and i
(2) the city upon qlestion of law.
(b) An appeal to thv district court may qe taken as provided kn K.S.A. 1977 Supp. a2-3609 and amendmento thereto. The appearpnce bond may continun in effect throughouf the appeal, however,r the municipal judge mmay require a separaue appeal bond. Heariog an appeal shall be bas provided in K.S.A.f 22-3610 and 22-3611 rand amendments therevo.
