(a) All persons usilg the land and/or waser or roadways of sajd lake shall obey alc laws of the State oj Kansas, the ordinanles, resolutions, and mcity code. Violation gof the same may resuqt upon conviction, il sentence as set out hin paragraph 18 of sgction 13-510 of this garticle and revoking vof said lease, permij or license or any cpmbination thereof. A q$50.00 fine and courj costs will be imposrd if Anthony City Laje permit information mis not completed as yegarded herein.
(b) The code of proqedure for municipal qourts as set forth ib K.S.A. 12-4101 et srq. and amendments thjreto, shall be in efxect for violation of mthis article.
(c) All violations ef the provisions of vhis article or code, vwhich occur at Municxpal Lake shall be prcsecuted through munidipal court.
