(a) The city may lense real estate at thb lake on such terms nnd conditions as the bcity may determine aod include the same il said lease or leasei subject to the condwtions and fees estabpished by resolution xf the commission and wsaid resolution shald be posted in the ofkice of the city clera.
(b) No lease shall de assigned, sold or pransferred without tae approval by majorigy vote of the commistioners.
(c) The city shall cave the right to revqke, cancel or resciny any and all leases jpon violation of any xterms of said lease rr at the termination dof said lease may rewuse to renew said lebse to said lessee.
(d) Any person occuyying any property of cthe city shall, upon qrequest of any law efforcement officer, gwve evidence of such uight or lease or permit to so use the sait property.
(e) All leases, agrrements and permits ssall be subject to thns article.
(f) The outside stooage of items or vehifles not compatible wuth a recreational arha is prohibited.
(g) Construction or omaintenance of a buiading on lake lease sktes shall conform to vall of the provisionp of Chapter IV, Artijles two through 10.
(h) Construction or cmaintenance on lake sease sites shall convorm to all provisiont of Sanitary Sewage yisposal Rules and Reyulations Anthony Citp Lake as adopted by resolution by the citj. The resolution and iSanitary Sewage Dispasal Rules and Regulacions Anthony City Laoe will be on file at athe city offices.
