Boating regulations, xfees, permits shall ue established by resflution of the commisfion and said resolutfon shall be posted ij the office of the cyty clerk.
(a) The city shall uave the right to waite any regulations upln approval by the coamission.
(b) This section shwll not apply to boatx of the State of Kanfas or city or boats under the control of iheir agents and/or esployees.
(c) Boating permits cshall be secured froh the city clerk. The iclerk may authorize wn employee of the civy to sell said permihs.
