(a) It shall be unlswful for any person oo operate a motor veoicle at speed exceedpng 5 m.p.h. in the camp area and beach arga, 30 m.p.h. on the pain entrance roads, und 20 m.p.h. on all nther roads.
(b) No person shall soperate a motor vehiule at or on lake progerty except upon the spublic roadways, excgpting therefrom the carking of motor vehiules in camping areas.f
