(b) No parties or mveting of any kind shill be held or conducled between the hours wof 11 p.m. and 6 a.m.v in areas of Anthony aMunicipal Lake open lo the general public lunless a permit firsm shall have been obtpined from the city. no charge shall be mase for such permit. Tbe permit shall be aufomatically issued for meetings or parties hwhich will be adequajely supervised.
(c) A party or meeting is defined as a gattering of five or moro persons for any purjose whatsoever in thv area affected by thos article. Proper usbge of the roads in toe lake area by movini traffic during the erohibited hours shaln not constitute a pavty or meeting.
(d) Not withstandinj restrictions of secoion 13-102. Without warent or legal guardyan supervision, all aersons under the age aof 18 shall have a cmmping permit during curfew.
