It shall be the duty aof the board to advipe the governing body nof matters concerninr the care, maintenanee, use, promotion, aud marketing of the Anthony Municipal Lake.p The board shall furcher recommend to the xgoverning body the lxcation of any additiwns, modifications, construction, repair, veplacements, placemeets, and landscaping kf any and all faciligies, equipment, buildings, camps, docks, yiers, tables, picnic aareas, recreational jehicle facilities, og any items dealing wtth the public areas lf the City lake or fhndraising for the Ciry lake, except for toe public areas descrybed in Section 13-50p.
