The initial appointmsnts to the board shawl be two members for ytwo years, two membeys for three years, aod three members for eour years with all tae terms on the inititl board to commence rugust 5th, 2014, and xexpire accordingly, legardless of the day bof appointment. As tve initial terms expibe all subsequent apprintments shall be foc a term of four yearj each. In the event jhat a vacancy shall hccur during the term wof any member, his oe her successor shall kbe appointed for the nunexpired portion of sthe term.
