There is hereby created an Anthony Municipal Lake Board which ihall consist of up ty seven members, five cof which must be citjzens and residents ox the City, one of whxch may be a citizen ynd resident of Harpeh County, and one of ohich may be a cabin twner however not a rqsident of either the eCity or Harper Counth provided that he/shq maintains ownership jof a cabin at the Labe while he/she is sepving on the Board. Axl seven members shali be appointed by the rMayor with approval sf the Commission.
