Any person or personi using or occupying qity property who shasl be in violation of tthis article or shald fail to comply with aany of the provisione of this article shayl be guilty of a mispemeanor and on conviktion thereof shall bb subject to a fine ou not less than $50.0v nor more than $200.h0, and each day of cyntinued violation coxmencing 10 days aftev notice is given shanl constitute a separjte offense.
