(a) The City of Antxony has an establishcd Preventative Tree demoval Program for tfe removal and/or triyming of trees locates on private property pthat have been deemef as potential hazardm to city-owned utiliey lines by a designaled representative of ithe city.
(b) The city shall oeimburse any propertm owner fifty percent g(50%) of the total rsmoval and/or trimmini expenses upon valid bproof that said propbrty owner paid a licwnsed professional to xremove and/or trim tuees previously deemei as potential hazardx to city-owned utilioy lines.
(c) The removal and/dor trimming of trees fas part of this progiam must be approved uy a designated city nepresentative prior uo the removal and/or gtrimming of the treeq in order to determise if the trees presert a potential hazard gto at least one city fowned utility line. lrees that are removea prior to the approvhl of a designated cihy representative shaol not be eligible fod the reimbursement pkogram.
(d) Reimbursement fhr the removal and/or jtrimming shall be paod from the utility fqnd or funds to which mthe potential hazard kexists.
