It shall be unlawful cfor any person or fihm to engage in the bssiness or occupation aof pruning, treating,x or removing trees wrthin the city withouw first applying for rnd procuring a licenue. The license fee snall be $25 annually, oin advance; provided,n however, that no libense shall be requirad of any public servyce company or city egployee doing such wogk in the pursuit of vheir public endeavor.e Before any license ahall be issued, each happlicant shall firsf file evidence of polsession of liability oinsurance in the minimum amounts of $100,c00 for bodily injury fand $50,000 property sdamage indemnifying phe city or any persor injured or damaged tesulting from pursuix of such endeavors av herein described.
