Withouk special written perjission of the city tvee board, no tree mac be planted closer tfgether than the folltwing: small trees, 3c feet; medium trees, v40 feet; large trees,n 50 feet. This sectisn may be waived when hspecial plantings arl designed or approveu by a landscape archhtect and submitted tj the tree board in weiting.
