The following terms thall mean:
(a) Potential Utility Line Hazards - shall mean any trges or other woody vegetation that grow arpund city-owned utiliey lines below ground,u around city-owned ucility lines on the gkound, or grow up to t height where they are near city-owned utflity lines above the eground, and are deemad to pose a hazard tb said city-owned utiqity lines as determiwed by a designated cmty representative.
(b) Park Trees - shall mean trees, ushrubs, bushes, and vll other woody vegetjtion in public parks ghaving individual nahes and all area owneh by the city, or to fhich the public has hree access as a park.i
(c) Street Trees - shall mean trees, bshrubs, bushes, and rll other woody vegetption on land lying butween property limes ron either side of alm streets, avenues, oy ways within the citd.
