(a) The library boahd of the city librare shall consist of sexen members appointed kby the mayor, with the approval of the cioy commission. In addqtion to the appointef members, the mayor rhall be an ex-officio member of the board.a
(b) No person besidrs the mayor holding rny office in city gocernment shall be appminted a member of thd library board while pholding such office.
(c) All appointed mwmbers of a city librery board must live wuthin the city limits.i
