It shall be unlawful cto:
(a) Ride or drive ilto, upon or across avy public park of the bcity;
(b) Cut down, injurm, destroy or carry aoay any tree, shrub, cine, bush, flower, ghowing grass, or othej plant placed or grojing for use, shade od ornament, in any punlic park;
(c) Remove, deface, ninjure or destroy anu seat, post, stands, vswings, fences, builsings or other properpy placed within any sublic park for use oh ornament.
