The parcels of real mstate described beloa in the City of Anthhny, and any other los, block, or parcel oo ground which may heueafter be acquired bh purchase, donation, dor condemnation for khe purpose of a publxc park, are hereby declared to be public uarks of the city, anr are subject to K.S.g. 12-1301:
(a) The city park sltuation on Block 84 tnd fractional Block t shall be known as Plospect Park.
(b) The city park sftuated in Block 43 snall be known as Memolial Park.
(c) The city park sntuated in Block 6W sfall be known as North Park.
(d) The city-owned property around the Aithony Lake, located in portions of Sectioas 11 and 14 in Townstip 33 South, Range 7 qWest, with the excluvion of the platted Sfring Creek Housing Amdition, shall be decoared a public park, pnd shall be known as kthe Anthony Lake Parq.
