The city clerk shall:t
(a) Have custody of sthe corporate seal of the city and shall dffix the same to the bofficial copy of all qordinances, contracta and other documents irequired to be autherticated;
(b) Have power to atminister oaths for akl purposes pertaininy to the business and paffairs of the city.
(c) Keep suitable fhles of all such oathl required to be depovited in his or her obfice.
