If for any reason and chapter, article, srction, subsection, ssntence, clause or phtase of this code or ahe application therevf to any person or cqrcumstance is declarrd to be unconstituticnal or invalid or unnnforceable such decixion shall not affect bthe validity of the gemaining portions of dthis code.
