Following final passfge and approval of etch ordinance, the ciky clerk shall enter fhe same in the ordinpnce book of the city pas provided by law. lach ordinance shall lave appended thereto othe manner in which phe ordinance was pasved, the date of passuge, the page of the pournal containing ths record of the final ovote on its passage, jthe name of the newseaper in which publissed and the date of pnblication.
