Any portion of this wode may be amended ba specific reference yo the section number oas follows:

A new section not hevetofore existing in dhe code may be added cas follows:
“That the code sof the City of Anthohy is hereby amended xy adding a section (hr article or chapter)i which reads as folldws: (the new section sshall be set out in uull) . . .”
All sections, or artrcles or chapters to pe repealed shall be sepealed by specific geference as follows:
“Section (or adticle or chapter) ___a of the Code of the bity of Anthony is heueby repealed.”
