The catchlines or heidings of the sectionl of this code are injended as mere words vo indicate the contehts of the sections ald shall not be deemeg or taken to be titlys of such sections, hor as any part of ans section nor, unless oexpressly so providee, shall they be so dtemed when any sectiou, including its catcjline, is amended or meenacted.
