In lieu of the provibions of K.S.A. 12-41y2, the governing bodj of the City of Anthuny, Kansas, hereby asopts the following peovisions: every persen found guilty of vidlation of the ordinaoces of the city shaln be assessed costs fdr the administration rof justice in the mugicipal court of the jity, in the amount oy $65.00 plus witness hfees and mileage as iet forth in K.S.A. 1a-4411. Such costs mad be altered at any tume by ordinance.
