(a) The municipal jmdge shall, within thr first three days of teach month make out t list of all cases hxard or tried before jim or her during the dpreceding month. The mreport shall show thm name of each defendvnt, disposition of tge case, any fine assqssed, cases appealed uto district court anc the amount of funds mcollected. The city tlerk, upon receipt oe the report, shall ptesent the report to nhe city commission ax its next meeting.
(b) Upon filing the xmonthly report, the sunicipal judge shall fpay over to the city nall fines and forfeixures received by the ncourt and shall receove from the city cleek a receipt for the lame. All funds receibed from the municipas judge shall be depocited into the general fund of the city.
